About Our Post
Support veterans and the Decatur County community with American Legion Post 128. Join now to enjoy membership benefits and events. Make a difference today.
Decaturville’s American Legion Post 128 is dedicated to serving veterans and the community. Our mission is to uphold the core values of the American Legion, including patriotism, loyalty, and bravery.
Post 128 used to be quite sizable. But after COVID, it diminished down to around 5 members. Since 2023, it's been invigorated with new energy! It now has 50 members with at least 20 attending each monthly meeting. And it continues to grow.
We are proud of our rich history and the impact we have made on the community over the years. Looking to the future, we are committed to continuing our work and serving the needs of veterans and the community.
Join us in our mission and become a member of Decaturville’s American Legion Post 128 today. Together, we can make a difference.
